Snow Capped Properties – Rental Guidelines

Act Fast: Properties remain active until leases are fully executed.

Applications Valid: 30 days for all Snow Capped Properties and Zillow applications.

Lease Review: tenants have 3 days to sign the lease.

Occupants: All adults (18+) must be on the lease and complete an application.

First Come, First Qualified: The first applicant to complete all steps secures the property with homeowner discretion.

Fees & Move-In: Application fees are non-refundable; lease binding upon payment of required deposits and first month’s rent.

Pet Policy: Pets may be allowed; fees and rules vary by property.

Fair Housing: We comply with all federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws.
